Lovestalk is a subscription-based service that helps users find potential matches by providing contact information and photos based on user preferences. Our service uses AI-powered matching algorithms to connect users with potential partners.

3. User Accounts

To use our service, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

Our service operates on a subscription basis at $5 per month. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated tools to access the service
• Share your account credentials with others

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Lovestalk makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
